Stefan cleans his bleeding forehead and coldly tells Chloe not to complain to Lady Margaret. He storms outside and slams the bedroom door shut behind him. Left alone, Chloe collapses onto the floor in tears. The next morning, she places Lily's unworn dresses into boxes to donate them to a human orphanage in her daughter's name. Elena then sends a taunting phone message containing an ultrasound scan of Stefan's baby.

The next morning in the castle bedroom, Chloe gathers Lily's unworn dresses. She packs the clothing neatly into boxes. Chloe prepares these packages to donate them to a human orphanage under Lily's name while grieving her daughter alone.

Chloe's phone buzzes across the bedroom. She checks the screen and sees an incoming message from Elena. The text contains an ultrasound scan. Elena mocks Chloe for losing Stefan and announces that she is now pregnant with his baby.
