If you watch the dramas
Most mail from readers is a correction, and corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a character's name, a relationship between two people or the order of events on one of our pages is not what you saw on screen, tell us the drama title and the episode. We will replay that part of the video, compare it with the page and change the page if you are right.
You can also write if you remember a clip but cannot find the series it came from. Describe who appears in it and what they say or do, and we will try to track down the title.
If you hold rights to a title
Write from an address at your company and give the exact title of the drama. Tell us whether you want the page changed or taken down. Each request is handled title by title, so a list of several titles should have one line per title.
If you are press or a partner
Use the same address and say in the subject line what the message is about. Questions about how the guides are written are answered on the editors page.
What we cannot help with
- We are not customer service for any app that plays short dramas, so questions about logins, billing or saved files will not get an answer here.
- We do not rate or recommend dramas on request. The pages describe people and events, and the choice stays with you.
