Claire Bennett splashes Jack Carter with her SUV and reports him for delivering her package five minutes late. Fired from his delivery job and facing heavy debts, Jack waits at an intersection. He spots a young boy chasing a ball into traffic and leaps to shield him from Miss Whitworth's oncoming car. Miss Whitworth crashes into a roadside barrier. Jack pulls her to safety. Watching nearby, Claire immediately orders a background check on Jack.

    Jack waits at a red light on his electric scooter. His phone chimes with a penalty notification stating he has been fired from his delivery job. Jack stares at the screen and talks aloud about being broke, dumped, and buried in debt.

  3. 01:15: Rescue at the Crosswalk

    A little boy runs into the crosswalk after a loose ball. Miss Whitworth approaches fast in a red sports car. Jack sprints forward and leaps across the asphalt, shoving the child clear before the car swerves into a roadside barrier.

  4. 01:27: Crash Site First Aid

    Jack checks on the unhurt boy before running over to the smoking vehicle wreck. He opens the damaged door, pulls an injured Miss Whitworth from the driver seat, places her on the ground, and dials 911 for emergency help.

  5. 01:52: Claire Calls for Information

    Claire sits parked in her SUV and watches Jack handle the entire scene. She observes him saving the child and helping the driver. Claire picks up her phone and instructs her contact to run a complete background check on Jack Carter.
