Clara walks into St. Victoria Medical Center and finds the lobby overrun by Dante's guards. Marco clears out the hospital floor. Dante approaches Clara at the front desk and presents Arthur's debt binder. He demands she work around the clock as his private medic to wipe out the fifty thousand dollars. When Clara declines, Dante orders Marco to sever Arthur's hands. Clara panics, agrees to Dante's terms, and accepts his control.

00:00: Guards Take Over the Hospital
Clara walks inside the hospital entrance and spots men wearing black suits and dark sunglasses lining the hallway. Marco stands in the center of the lobby and loudly instructs all staff and visitors to vacate the entire hospital floor immediately.
00:18: Dante Corners Clara at the Desk
Dante drops Arthur's loan file onto the counter and traps Clara against the desk. He orders her to become his private doctor. Clara rejects him, so Dante sends Marco to mutilate Arthur. Clara relents, and Dante lifts her chin.
