Clara finishes a sixteen-hour hospital shift, but the head nurse assigns her a double shift because collectors keep calling about Arthur's debts. A loan shark calls Clara and demands fifty thousand dollars by midnight. Outside in the rain, Clara finds Dante Moretti bleeding out in an alley. Even though Dante points a gun at her, Clara compresses his chest wound. When armed pursuers approach the blood trail, Clara drags him behind a corner.

00:00: Hospital Restroom Confrontation
Clara washes blood from her hands after working sixteen hours. The head nurse drops a new schedule in front of her and orders her to work another shift. She warns Clara that Arthur's debt collectors are calling the hospital desk.
00:28: Threat on the Phone
Clara answers a call on her cell phone while standing in the restroom. A loan shark informs her that Arthur owes fifty thousand dollars. He warns Clara that he will cut off their fingers if she fails to pay by midnight.
00:44: Encounter in the Rainy Alley
Clara walks through a dark alley in the rain and discovers Dante Moretti slumped against a wall. Dante grabs her throat and points a gun at her forehead. Clara stands her ground and presses her hands over his bleeding chest.
01:42: Hiding from the Hitmen
Armed pursuers enter the alleyway and track Dante's blood along the wet ground. Clara pulls the wounded man behind a brick corner to conceal him. The gunmen advance directly toward their hiding spot in the dark.
