Episode 4 recap

Sara lies bleeding on the floor surrounded by broken glass. A pig-eared guest moves in to grab her, so Sara picks up a candlestick to defend herself. Lucian intervenes and kicks the man across the room. When Sara reaches for Lucian's arm, he pulls away and turns his back on her. Ivy arrives and holds onto him. Lucian tells Sara to stop throwing a fit. Sara breaks off their relationship and walks away.

Episode 4 scene by scene

  1. 00:00: The Guest Corners Sara

    Sara remains on the banquet hall floor, surrounded by sharp glass shards. A stout guest with pig ears walks toward her to harass her. Sara stays down on the ground and grabs a heavy candlestick to keep him back.

  2. 00:36: Lucian Steps In

    The pig-eared guest grabs Sara on the floor. Lucian charges in and kicks the man straight across the banquet hall. Lucian stands over the guest and delivers a harsh warning never to put his hands on Sara again.

  3. 00:54: Lucian Pulls Away

    Sara reaches her hand out toward Lucian's arm for comfort after the attack. Lucian yanks his arm back and turns his body away from her. Ivy walks over right after and immediately wraps her hands around Lucian's arm.

  4. 01:14: Sara Ends the Engagement

    Sara weeps and asks Lucian why he refuses to look at her face. Lucian snaps back and orders her to remain silent. Sara tells him their relationship is finished, stands up, and walks straight out of the hall alone.
