Who is who in Reclaiming My Dragonblood Family, and how they are connected.

Elena
Sterling Family Heir
Trained by Aldrich, Elena holds the Eternal Sacred Flame without native dragon power. She wants to find her blood kin and keep them safe. Even when her relatives insult her to protect her identity, she reads enemy weaknesses and steps into battle to save them.
Chief Soren
Sterling Patriarch Emeritus
Elena's grandfather carries the trauma of breaking his dragon scale pendant fifteen years ago to smuggle her away from the Motta Clan. He conceals her heritage to keep her off the sacrifice altar, ultimately taking a lethal spear meant for her.
Harry
Chief of the Sterling Clan
Elena's wheelchair-bound father leads the clan against constant siege. He hides his grief behind cold, dismissive orders. He yells at Elena to stay silent purely so Motta spies will not notice her bloodline and drag her away.
Aldrich
Elena's Mentor
Aldrich raised Elena in isolation and taught her the Ancestral Sacred Flame. He repeatedly tries to keep her clear of the Sterling blood feud, using his final reserve of energy to teleport her away from the fallen courtyard.
David
Motta Family Heir
David invades Sterling territory with dark dragons and scythes. He seeks to level the sacred grounds, extract every defender's dragon vein core, and claim Elena as his prize after breaking down the front gates.

Story so far

Reclaiming My Dragonblood Family turns on a brutal iron rule: the Sterling Clan would rather break Elena's heart than let the Motta Clan know she exists. Master Aldrich trained Elena in the Eternal Sacred Flame after fifteen years in hiding. When she returns to her ancestral ground carrying half a dragon scale pendant, she expects answers. Instead, she gets guarded stares and deliberate coldness from her own father and grandfather.

The drama pulls its tension from this painful secret. Soren and Harry instantly identify the pendant. They know the Motta Clan marked Elena as an Abyssal sacrifice when she was a small child. To save her life again, they pretend she is an outsider. Harry orders her to shut up during life-or-death duels. Elders mock her as an unwanted guest, even while she quietly saves their warriors from enemy monsters.

Elena refuses to stay out of the fire. She lacks dragon power, but her pure white flame incinerates beasts that have bled the Sterlings for over a decade. Every time an elder tells her to sneak away, she turns around and fights back. The family dynamics stay sharp and messy because both sides want the same thing: to keep the bloodline alive at any cost.
