Episode 7 · Fiona, Sean, Mrs. Hansen
Joe shows Sean a photo of Fiona, identifying her as the woman he sought. Sean recognizes her while Mrs. Hansen notes the baby is in the nursery. Sean carries his infant son from the ward and orders the best formula. His men purchase all premium supplies at a local store. Nearby, Fiona counts her coins and buys a cheap can. She returns to find the bassinet empty, and Rachel calls demanding her return.
Fiona runs down the hospital corridor. Joe approaches Sean with guards and presents a photograph of Fiona. Sean recognizes her as past memories return. Mrs. Hansen expresses pity and mentions that the newborn child is resting in the intensive care unit.
Sean walks through the hospital carrying his newborn son wrapped in a blanket. He proclaims the boy as his sole heir before the guards. He directs Joe to purchase the finest ready-to-feed formula available anywhere in the world.
Sean's men clear out every bottle of high-end liquid baby formula in the store. Nearby, Fiona counts her small stash of cash. A clerk warns her about the expiration date, but she buys the cheap can of Milkwell.
Fiona steps into the hospital nursery holding the can of formula. She looks down and finds the crib completely empty. The formula slips from her fingers onto the floor. A nurse explains that someone has already taken the child.
Fiona's phone rings in the quiet nursery. Her stepmother Rachel shouts through the speaker and orders her to return home at once. Fiona weeps openly by the empty crib, convinced that Rachel is the person who took her newborn infant away.
“Sir, this is the girl you've been looking for. Her name is Fiona.”
“This is my one and only heir! Make sure he's healthier than any other baby.”
“I'll take this one. This is the only one I can afford.”
“Fiona! Come home right now!”
“Rachel? My stepmother! She's the one who took my baby!”
Fiona stands in tears inside the hospital nursery, clutching her phone after Rachel orders her to come home. She believes her stepmother stole her newborn son from the hospital bassinet. Will Fiona confront Rachel to get her baby back, or will she realize that Sean is the one who took the child?
