Who is who in Loved by My Mafia Enemy, and how they are connected.

Sawyer
Celebrity and vengeful fake fiancé
Sawyer enters Ezra's world with a single goal: avenging his parents' fatal car accident. Drugged and trapped at a gala, he accepts Ezra's rescue and subsequent marriage deal to dig up dirt. His loyalty makes him vulnerable. He trusts Lillian's deceitful claims. Meanwhile, his supposed enemy repeatedly sheds blood to keep him alive.
Ezra
Sicilian mafia don
Ezra is a commanding mafia boss who demands total obedience. He forces Sawyer into a contractual engagement to escape an arranged marriage with the La Rosa heiress. While he acts possessive and arrogant, his actions reveal protective instincts. He shields Sawyer from sniper fire and takes a bullet to his arm. Later, he crashes his own vehicle on the road to prevent Sawyer from getting hit.
Lillian
Sawyer's treacherous girlfriend
Lillian presents herself as Sawyer's devoted partner while working as Aurelion's secret lover. She plants the charred eagle medallion in Sawyer's hands to turn him against Ezra. Her objective is simple. She wants Ezra to kill Sawyer so she and Aurelion can seize the Sterling family fortune. She manipulates Sawyer's grief over the phone to keep him compliant.
Aurelion
Sawyer's elder brother and conspirator
Aurelion orchestrated the deadly car crash that murdered his own parents to secure their inheritance. Partnered with Lillian, he works from the shadows to wipe out his younger brother. He hires an assassin to drug Sawyer at the gala and later orders a sniper to shoot him at Ezra's estate. He shows zero hesitation about eliminating his own bloodline.

Story so far

Sawyer steps straight into a viper pit without realizing who poured the poison. Drugged at an industry gala, the rising celebrity wakes up handcuffed to a bed before a violent buyer. Ezra kicks the door down with armed muscle, but the Sicilian mafia don does not act out of charity. Ezra demands a one-year fake marriage to escape an arranged alliance with the La Rosa heiress. Sawyer agrees only because he believes Ezra arranged the fatal car crash that killed his parents. That revenge mission is doomed from the start because Sawyer trusts the wrong people.

The power dynamic between the two men is messy and volatile. Ezra runs his estate with absolute control. He pins Sawyer against walls and forces dangerous shooting practice on him. Every boundary is subject to the don's personal whim. Yet when a sniper opens fire, Ezra throws his own body across Sawyer and takes a bullet to the arm. Later, Ezra crashes his car on a dark road to avoid running Sawyer down. A ruthless killer does not bleed for someone he wants dead. Sawyer notices those cracks in the don's cruel facade, but grief blinds him to obvious warnings.

Behind the scenes, the real threat sits in Sawyer's own bed. His girlfriend Lillian is running a calculated grift with Sawyer's elder brother Aurelion. They planted a charred eagle medallion to pin the parents' crash on Ezra. They want the family fortune once Ezra wipes Sawyer out. Aurelion hires hitmen, while Lillian whispers poisoned advice over the phone. You can watch Loved by My Mafia Enemy online right here to follow every power shift and hidden motive.
