Episode 5 · Elena, Vincent Blackwood, Marcus
Vincent shields Elena in a dim hall as his white-haired elder brother confronts them. The elder accuses Vincent of murdering him on his wedding night with Elena. Vincent responds that he killed him to stop a dark sacrifice. The elder binds Elena with shadow chains, but she shatters them using her own inner power. She rejects his demands and takes Vincent's hand, releasing a massive surge of red and gold energy.
Vincent stands in front of Elena inside a dim, ancient hall. He spots his white-haired elder brother stepping out from the shadows. Vincent watches him with intense caution and warns Elena to keep her distance from the ancient vampire.
The White-haired Vampire Elder claims Elena loved him and was betrothed to him a millennium ago. He accuses Vincent of killing him on their wedding night. Vincent counters that his brother planned to sacrifice Elena to the darkness.
The White-haired Vampire Elder casts magic and binds Elena with dark shadow chains. Vincent attacks the chains but fails to break them. Elena draws upon her internal power and explodes with energy, shattering the magical bonds into pieces.
Black blood drips from the elder's eyes as he declares Elena was destined to be his queen. Elena refuses to follow that fate. Golden light bursts from her body as she walks to Vincent and takes his hand.
“Stay back. He's not like Marcus.”
“We were betrothed. You loved me. Then Vincent murdered me on our wedding night.”
“I killed you to save her. You were going to sacrifice her to the darkness.”
“I don't care what was meant. I choose for myself.”
Elena and Vincent interlock their fingers, unleashing a fierce double-helix blast of red and golden energy. The blinding light floods the hall and consumes everything in sight. Will this combined surge destroy the White-haired Vampire Elder, or will the immense power tear Elena and Vincent apart in the battle to come?
