Elena releases magic from her light and dark blood origins. Vincent joins her side to fight together. Hooded figures attack them in the sanctuary. Marcus charges forward with a glowing dagger, but Elena knocks him back with a burst of light. She spares Marcus because he is her only remaining family. Suddenly, Vincent's silver-haired older brother, The Original Blood, appears. He reveals a glowing red seal on his neck identical to Elena's.

Marcus lies on the sanctuary floor after his defeat. Elena refuses to take his life and asks him to start over. She confesses to Marcus that he is the only family member she has left.
01:07: Arrival of The Original Blood
A silver-haired vampire arrives at the cathedral altar, completely shocking Vincent. The ancient vampire uncovers a glowing red seal on his neck. The mark matches the seal on Elena's neck as Vincent stares in disbelief.
