Back at his penthouse, the system awards him a trial shooting card and orders him to beat UCLA. In the Bruins locker room, Russell studies Zane's highlights with anger. Looking out over the skyline, Zane declares the city will soon belong to him.

A blonde assistant presents Zane Hayes with multiple endorsement proposals. Zane rejects all long-term agreements, stating his worth will double after each appearance. He ignores a safety warning from the USC Coach and heads into the showers.

Kristen peeks inside the men's shower room while trying to track down Zane. Zane spots her, pins her against the wall, and speaks with her directly. He agrees to grant her an exclusive interview on his own terms.
01:32: A New Mission and Reward
Kristen waits on the sofa inside Zane's penthouse. The system awards Zane a Global Sharpshooter ultra-long three-pointer trial card. It issues a new mission requiring him to defeat UCLA and thoroughly crush their star guard, Russell.
01:58: Russell Studies the Tape
Inside the UCLA locker room, Russell watches video replay of Zane's dunk with obvious anger. His headband-wearing teammate cautions him, but Russell insists that his own speed and strength will destroy Zane on the court.
02:23: One King in the City
Zane stands in front of a floor-to-ceiling window in his penthouse overlooking the night skyline. He stares out over the lit streets and says the entire city will belong to him after tomorrow's contest.
