Prince Orion throws Elowen's pendant into water and storms out after his parents ask about Mia. The King worries Mia might be their last living descendant. Sir Loren fishes the necklace out of the bucket and tells the King about his plan. In a flashback, Sir Loren takes a drop of Mia's blood. In the present, the knight walks to a smoking cave to test the blood on the sleeping dragon Gorvas.

00:00: Orion Discards the Pendant
Prince Orion stares at Elowen's pendant and throws it into a bucket of water. The King and The Queen enter the chamber and demand to know where the little girl was sent. Prince Orion calls her a fraud and walks out.
00:37: Sir Loren Retrieves the Token
The King worries that Mia could be the last remaining Vasaryon bloodline. Sir Loren pulls the discarded pendant out of the water bucket. He informs The King that he has already prepared a bloodline test for the child.
00:58: Testing Blood at the Dragon Cave
A memory shows Sir Loren pricking Mia's finger to put a drop of blood on the pendant. Now, Sir Loren carries the pendant toward a smoking dragon cave to see if the dragon Gorvas stirs for her royal blood.

How episode 4 ends

Sir Loren stops outside the dark, smoking entrance of the dragon's lair. He lifts the pendant with Mia's blood up toward the cave to test her heritage. Will the dragon Gorvas wake up and confirm Mia's place as the lost princess, or will the beast remain asleep in the dark?
