Five years ago, Leo throws Lainey out of City Hall in her bridal gown to marry pregnant Rosalie for business. Lainey flies to New York and enters an arranged marriage with Marcus Falcone. Five years later, pregnant Lainey returns to Chicago with her husband for a family memorial. At the airport, she encounters Leo and Rosalie. They hold a welcome sign for Mrs. Falcone while mocking Lainey as a desperate ex.

00:00: City Hall Rejection
Five years ago, Leo's thugs drag Lainey out of City Hall in her wedding dress and throw her onto the steps. Leo holds a pregnant Rosalie. He calls their marriage a temporary arrangement and orders Lainey to obey.
00:38: Flight to New York
Heartbroken and alone, Lainey boards a night flight bound for New York. She agrees to an arranged family match. With that choice, she cuts all ties with Leo and walks completely out of his life.
00:47: Return to Chicago
Five years later, Lainey rides in a luxury car beside her devoted husband, Marcus Falcone. They return to Chicago for a family memorial. Marcus leaves to handle urgent business, sending his crew to meet her.
00:57: Airport Arrival Hall
Lainey wheels her luggage into the terminal and spots Leo and Rosalie holding a sign for Mrs. Falcone. They recognize Lainey, mock her plain clothes, call her a beggar dog, and claim she came back to reconcile.

Leo and his henchmen surround Lainey at the arrivals gate. They ridicule her modest outfit, convinced she has returned to beg for Leo's favor. They do not realize the VIP Mrs. Falcone they are waiting for is right in front of them. Will Leo discover Lainey's true identity before he goes too far?
