Allen eats steak among fallen foes when Director Gordon appears by hologram. Gordon assigns him an undercover assignment inside Albania Prison to locate a lethal SkyEye virus and find Colin. Allen surrenders into custody. At intake, a corrupt guard demands bribes, but Allen stands his ground. Warden Pandora arrives in a latex suit. Allen remembers rescuing her five years earlier as Black Hawk. Pandora strikes her whip and issues a sharp warning.

Allen eats steak inside a banquet hall surrounded by beaten enemies. Director Gordon appears via hologram and orders him to infiltrate Albania Prison to track a lethal SkyEye virus. Allen finishes his meal and walks across a courtyard full of fallen mercenaries.
00:50: Intake and the Corrupt Guard
Prisoners wait in line while a corrupt guard extorts bribes from them. Allen steps up and refuses to pay anything. He questions the prison regulations directly. The angry guard raises a baton to strike Allen in the face.
01:29: Pandora Arrives at Processing
Warden Pandora enters the processing area wearing a black latex suit. Allen looks at her face and recognizes her. A flashback shows Allen rescuing her five years ago as Black Hawk, where she promised she would find him again.
02:11: A Cold Prison Welcome
Guards shove the inmates into formation across the processing floor. Pandora struts past the line of prisoners. She cracks her whip hard against the stone floor. Pandora stares at the line with a smirk and speaks to the group.
