Lily confronts Professor Caribourn outside the venue. Uniformed grizzlies arrive and seize her by the collar over an alleged unpaid debt. Professor Caribourn tells Lily the board has disqualified her from the competition. Lily swears she borrowed nothing. Rosie approaches and taunts Lily, reminding her that Helen backs Rosie instead. Rosie enters the building alongside Professor Caribourn, leaving Lily weeping on the sidewalk as the guards pull her away.

00:00: Seized by the Collar
Lily speaks with Professor Caribourn outside the competition venue. Uniformed grizzlies step up and grab Lily by her collar. The Lead Grizzly Guard tells her that she owes money and cannot leave until the debt is cleared.
00:31: Disqualified from the Competition
Professor Caribourn informs Lily that the board has officially disqualified her. Lily pleads that she never borrowed any money. The grizzly guard ignores her cries, holding onto her and dragging her away from the entrance doors.
00:54: Rosie Takes Her Place
Rosie stops Lily outside the entrance. She mocks Lily and mentions that their mother supports her. Rosie promises to win the contest for her, then turns and walks into the venue alongside Professor Caribourn.
01:10: Dragged Away in Tears
Lily watches Rosie and Professor Caribourn disappear into the building. She realizes her future has slipped away once more. The guards haul Lily down the sidewalk while she breaks down in helpless tears.
