Guerrero orders Diego to hand over the fishery deed, but Diego stands his ground and rejects the demand. Isabella Salazar steps in to stop Guerrero's bullying. She announces to the assembled workers that Casa del Mar Hotel will buy their catch at ten percent above the market rate and protect the pier. While the fishermen celebrate, Diego cautions Isabella. Guerrero grows furious at Isabella's defiance and vows that nobody leaves until the matter is settled.

Guerrero corners Diego outside Torres Pesquera and demands the property deed. Diego tells the mob boss he will never surrender the pier. Isabella Salazar arrives at the waterfront, steps between them, and directly confronts Guerrero about his bullying tactics.
00:53: Isabella Makes an Offer
Isabella speaks to the crowd of local fishermen gathered on the pier. She offers to purchase their catch at ten percent above market price under Casa del Mar Hotel. The fishermen celebrate the news, while Diego advises Isabella to stay out of the dispute.
01:23: Guerrero Refuses to Back Down
Guerrero confronts Isabella for challenging his authority on the pier. Isabella rebukes his threats directly. An enraged Guerrero shouts at both of them, refusing to let anyone leave the dock until Diego provides an explanation and settles the debt.
