Devlin orders Skaroth to obey him, claiming he is the true heir. The dragon pauses, and Gertrude cheers for Devlin. Brenton sees the beast is still restless and challenges Devlin to fly it away. Devlin claims the beast is injured. Brenton points out the wound is on its leg, not its wing. Gertrude then dares Brenton to try. Brenton steps forward with glowing golden eyes to command Skaroth.

  1. 00:00: Devlin Commands the Beast

    Devlin yells that he is the true heir and orders Skaroth to obey him. The dragon pauses. Lady Gertrude and the surrounding students cheer for Devlin. Prince Brenton notices Skaroth remains restless and only hesitates because of Devlin's partial royal blood.

  2. 00:20: Brenton Exposes the Lie

    Prince Brenton dares Prince Devlin to fly Skaroth away to prove his claim. Devlin makes an excuse that the beast is injured. Brenton counters that the wound is on the dragon's leg, meaning Devlin cannot actually control the creature.

  3. 00:49: Brenton Accepts the Challenge

    Lady Gertrude taunts Prince Brenton to fly Skaroth himself. Prince Devlin snaps at Gertrude to be quiet. Brenton accepts her dare anyway. He walks toward Skaroth, and his eyes suddenly ignite with a bright golden light to command the dragon.

Prince Brenton steps in front of Skaroth with golden light blazing in his eyes. The red dragon glares directly at him, and fire begins to glow in the beast's chest. Will Brenton successfully bend Skaroth to his royal command, or will the enraged dragon burn him before the entire academy?
