Mateo calls her blind and exits immediately. He runs across the cobblestone alleys toward Valeria's home. Glass from a shattered window rains down onto the street. Hearing Héctor scream violent threats, Mateo sprints directly into the building.

Mateo sprints through the cobblestone alleys to reach Valeria's apartment in time. As he stops outside the residential building, an upstairs window suddenly breaks. Glass shards rain down onto the ground while loud yelling echoes from inside the upper floor.

Mateo listens as Héctor shouts violent threats at his wife and daughter from within the apartment. Refusing to hesitate, Mateo pushes into the building entrance and bolts straight up the staircase to stop the attack.
