Who is who in Reborn as the Don's Only Daughter, and how they are connected.

Don Salvator "Sal" Grimaldi
Mafia Don and Father
Sal commands the Grimaldi empire with brutal impatience. Having fathered eighteen sons, he fixates entirely on securing a daughter tonight. He dangles the title of Donna to the woman who delivers one, yet his arrogance blinds him. He dismisses Milo's desperate warnings and unwittingly hands Greta the exact weapon she needs against his wife.
Milo
Junior Houseboy
Milo starts at the absolute bottom of the household hierarchy. He gets kicked by Graves and ignored by the guards. Everything changes when the unborn child projects her voice straight into his mind. Terrorized by ghostly threats and the Don's wrath, Milo risks his life by tackling Greta in the hall to expose the baby swap.
Elena Grimaldi
Don Salvator's Wife
Elena faces an agonizing labor behind closed doors while enemies encircle her bed. She lacks the physical strength to defend herself against Vivian's conspirators. When Nurse Crai and Greta pin her down and force a dark drug down her throat, Elena endures the torment alone. She delivers the coveted daughter into hostile hands.
Vivian Cross
Mistress and Rival Mother
Vivian plays a lethal game for total control of the family. Having orchestrated the protagonist's murder in seven past lives, she prepares a ruthless contingency when she delivers a boy. She equips Greta with a specialized three-tiered container to smuggle her son into Elena's suite, determined to steal the title of Donna.
Greta Voss
Vivian's Fixer and Accomplice
Greta carries out Vivian's dirtiest work without flinching. She marches through the mansion with the false-bottom box, surviving Milo's tackle and outsmarting Sal's inspection by displaying warm pastries. Once behind closed doors, Greta helps drug Elena and springs the hidden latch to exchange Vivian's newborn boy for the Don's daughter.

Story so far

Power in the Grimaldi mansion boils down to a single obsession: a daughter. Don Salvator has eighteen sons, but he wants a girl to secure his bloodline and complete his empire. When his wife Elena and his mistress Vivian Cross go into labor on the exact same night, Sal raises the stakes. He promises that whoever delivers a daughter will rule the household as Donna. That decree sets off an immediate, cutthroat scramble for survival.

The central dynamic does not belong to the adults pacing the halls. It rests with an unborn child on her eighth reincarnation and a junior houseboy named Milo. Murdered in seven previous lifetimes by Vivian, the baby returns with telepathic speech granted by Death. She cannot kick down doors or fight her father's guards. Instead, she must rely on Milo, a frightened servant with zero status in a brutal crime family. Milo hears her voice ringing inside his skull and finds himself thrust between a murderous mistress and a ruthless Don.

What gives this story bite is the cold calculation behind every move. Sal projects absolute authority, yet he remains completely blind to the treachery playing out right under his nose. Vivian works through her accomplices, sending Greta Voss with a false-bottomed soup box and Nurse Agatha to steal the baby before anyone notices. Elena fights through a terrible delivery, isolated in her bedroom while killers circle her bed. Viewers can watch Reborn as the Don's Only Daughter online to see how blood ties and desperation collide in real time.

The tension builds because nobody is safe and nobody tells the whole truth. If Milo keeps quiet, the baby dies in the dark. If he speaks, Graves and the Don might kill him for stepping out of line. Reborn as the Don's Only Daughter episode guide

EP 1: A Plea from the Womb
In her eighth rebirth, the unborn daughter reaches out telepathically to stop Vivian Cross from stealing her life. Her mental plea misses Don Salvator and lands on Milo, an anxious houseboy. Meanwhile, Vivian delivers a boy and packs him into Greta Voss's tiered soup container. Elena struggles through brutal labor pains.
EP 2: The Don's Decree
Elena weakens rapidly in the birthing suite. The unborn child's spirit threatens Milo directly, forcing him to stand up and hunt down the delivery box. Out in the grand hall, Sal kicks an urn and snaps at his medical staff. He declares that whichever woman gives him a daughter tonight becomes the Donna.
EP 3: The Corridor Tackle
Greta carries the tiered box down the corridor toward Elena's bedroom. Milo charges forward and tackles Greta to the floor to prevent the switch. Guards quickly pin Milo down, but he shouts that Vivian hid a baby in the container. Sal halts in his tracks. Silence falls across the hallway.
EP 4: The False Bottom
Greta insists the container holds only soup for Elena. Graves urges Sal to cut out Milo's tongue for lying. Sal orders Greta to open the box. She reveals warm soup and pastries on the upper tiers. Sal believes Milo fooled him. A hidden latch conceals the newborn boy below.
EP 5: The Delivery Room Ambush
Sal orders the guards to lock Milo away and sends Greta into Elena's room with the box. Inside, Nurse Crai and Greta force a dark drug down Elena's throat. Elena delivers a baby girl. Nurse Crai calls for the swap, and Greta opens the false compartment to pull out Vivian's son.
