Episode 8 · Aria, Kael, Ronan
Six months pass, and Kael cares for the heavily pregnant Aria in their cave. He leaves for his clan to find an item to ensure she survives childbirth, placing a glowing protective dome over her. Half a month later, Kira enters the cave and mocks Aria for being left alone. Unable to breach the barrier herself, Kira calls Ronan inside. Ronan blasts and destroys the magical dome, trapping Aria.
A heavily pregnant Aria waits at the cave entrance six months later. Kael drapes a fur cloak around her, feeds her plums, and explains he must leave to retrieve medicine for her labor. He seals her under a glowing dome.
Aria reads inside the magical circle half a month later. Kira walks into the cave and taunts Aria about being abandoned. When Kira fails to break the barrier with her own hands, she calls Ronan and several beast warriors inside.
Ronan fires an energy blast straight at the glowing dome. The strike shatters the shield completely into pieces. Ronan, Kira, and the male beast warriors step forward together, advancing menacingly toward the terrified and defenseless Aria.
“It's the only way to make sure you survive childbirth.”
“The Serpent King abandoned you, and you're still sitting here reading.”
“Ronan, bring the others in.”
“Break!”
Ronan's energy blast obliterates the glowing dome, stripping away Aria's only protection. Ronan, Kira, and the beast warriors advance directly toward her as she sits cornered and terrified inside the cave. With Kael still far away at his clan, how will the heavily pregnant Aria survive this sudden attack?
