Episode 5 · Aria, Kael, Ronan
Kira reels after Kael easily downs Ronan in the square. The Lion Tribe Chief and his warriors encircle Kael and Aria. Aria tells Kael to escape alone, but he promises her complete safety. Ronan and the Chief order a joint strike against him. Kael triggers his royal crest, dropping every lion warrior to the ground. The terrified Chief bows, begs for mercy, and asks who dared threaten a royal heir.
Kira stares in disbelief after Ronan collapses from a single hit. Kael grips Aria by the hand to lead her away. Before they can step out of the square, the Lion Tribe Chief and his armed tribesmen close in around them.
Aria looks at the surrounding lions and whispers to Kael. She begs him to flee the moment combat starts so he can survive. Kael smiles at her calmly, telling her that nobody in the pride has the power to harm her.
Kael orders the gathered beastmen to step aside and clear the path. The injured Ronan refuses to back down. He and his father instruct the entire squad of lion fighters to launch an immediate assault on the serpent male.
The lion warriors charge forward with weapons raised. Kael ignites his glowing royal mark without flinching. A wave of immense pressure slams across the square, forcing the Chief and every single charging warrior flat to their knees in absolute submission.
The Chief spots the royal crest and realizes he stands before the Serpent King. He bows low to the dirt and pleads for his clan. Kael states that anyone endangering a royal unborn heir will pay a heavy price.
“Once the fighting starts, run while they're distracted. Don't worry about me. At least one of us has to get away.”
“Don't worry. No one here can hurt you.”
“You're a Royal Serpent. I failed to recognize you, Serpent King.”
“Anyone who dares harm a Royal Serpent heir should be ready to face the consequences.”
The Lion Tribe Chief shivers on his knees before the Royal Serpent King. He asks who brought danger to a sacred royal heir, knowing the severe penalty. Will Ronan and Kira confess their actions to the Chief, or will Kael punish the entire tribe on the spot for threatening Aria and the unborn children?
