Episode 4 · Bruce, Samira, Jimmy Hans
Bruce tells the Carter family that he is the Lord of Hell, but Samira mocks his claim. She informs her father, Lawrence, that Jimmy sent a demon to hunt and enslave her earlier that day. Caitlin interrupts them and calls everyone to lunch. While sitting at the dining table, Lawrence secretly uses his magic to levitate a sharp knife and hurl it directly at Bruce's head.
Bruce states his true identity, but Samira and her relatives laugh it off. Samira tells Lawrence about Jimmy sending a demon to enslave her, refusing any marriage with him. Caitlin then cuts in and announces that lunch is ready.
The family gathers around the table for their meal. Lawrence whispers that Bruce will not survive the first course. He secretly uses magic powers to lift a dinner knife into the air and launch it straight toward Bruce's head.
“Not an exorcist. I'm the Lord of Hell.”
“Dad, Jimmy sent a demon to HUNT me today. He said he'd make me his slave. I would rather die than marry that animal.”
“Oh, he'll sit down, but he won't last the first course. Watch.”
“Bruce, watch out!”
The episode ends as Lawrence hurls a levitated dinner knife at Bruce's head across the dining table, prompting Samira to scream out a desperate warning. Can Bruce stop the flying blade before it strikes him, or will Lawrence's secret attack expose Bruce's true infernal powers in front of the entire Carter family?
