Episode 1 · Ava Peach, Leo, Nora
Ava runs through the rain at night and gets hit by a truck, spilling juice on the road. Nora rushes to her side as Ava apologizes. Three months earlier, thugs hold Nora over an industrial grinder at the Mango Family Juice Factory. Ava enters with her phone camera rolling, threatening to call the police. The manager releases Nora. As they escape, Leo watches from above and chooses Ava as his next victim.
Ava sprints across a wet city street in the dark rain. A truck hits her, spilling juice across the pavement. Nora rushes over to her in tears, and Ava whispers an apology right before the scene fades out.
Three months earlier, durian and pineapple henchmen drag Nora toward a giant grinder. Ava bursts into the room and films them with her smartphone. She threatens to contact the police, forcing the lime manager to let Nora go.
Leo stands on an upper catwalk behind metal bars, staring down at Ava. He clutches the peach hairpin Ava dropped on the factory floor. He decides she ruined his entertainment and declares that she will be his next target.
“Don't stop. The golden boy wants a show.”
“Touch her again and I call the police.”
“That peach ruined my fun. Now I want her too. Pretty peaches bruise so easily.”
Leo stands on the upper platform clutching the peach hairpin Ava left behind. He looks down at her escape and promises to turn her into his next mark. Will Ava realize that saving Nora put her directly in Leo's sights, and can the two friends survive what he plans next for them?
