Randolph Wolfe pardons Clola in honor of her father, but Daisy Prince interrupts by accusing Clola of previously poisoning Nero Thane. Nero reacts with fury. Clola counters by explaining the red fruit neutralized snake venom and states that Daisy told her to harvest it. Randolph Wolfe sentences Daisy to twenty lashes for slander and awards Clola ten animal skins. Holding her new pelts, Clola publicly announces the cancellation of her engagements to all five fiancés.

Nero Thane glares with golden eyes as a giant snake phantom appears behind him. Clola recalls the memory and counters that the red fruit cured snake venom. She states Daisy told her to pick it, accusing Daisy of framing her.
01:19: Randolph Wolfe Orders Daisy Whipped
Clola fakes tears about her late father while privately mocking Daisy. The blonde beastman overhears her thoughts in confusion. Randolph Wolfe rules Daisy committed slander, orders guards to drag her out for twenty lashes, and gives Clola ten animal skins.
01:48: Clola Demands An Annulment
Clola strokes her new animal skins with quiet satisfaction. She turns toward the tribal hall crowd. Standing directly before Randolph Wolfe, the clansmen, and her five beastmen fiancés, Clola formally declares that she wants to break off her engagements with all of them.
