Who is who in Every Night With You, and how they are connected.
Ethan Voss
Head of the Voss Conglomerate
Ethan is a sharp-tempered corporate leader who uses a wheelchair in public following a car crash three years ago. Secretly able to walk, he remains paranoid about corporate spies from the Reed family. He tests Lila relentlessly, but her honesty wins his respect. He quickly turns his vast resources toward protecting her and reviving her grandfather's workshop.
Lila Hale
Private Caretaker & Jewelry Artisan
Cast out by her cruel stepmother, Lila takes the demanding job at the Voss Estate out of sheer financial desperation. She learned the traditional filigree-inlay craft from her late grandfather and dreams of recovering Hale Studio. Lila refuses to snoop into Ethan's affairs, asserting her dignity even when dealing with hostile corporate partners and sneering socialites.
Gia Bennett
Bennett Family Heiress
Gia views herself as Ethan's rightful fiancée and acts with unchecked entitlement. She barges into Ethan's private study, demeans Lila as a common maid, and tries to force her out. Ethan rejects her advances, grabs her wrist, and ejects her from the estate. She later resurfaces at a charity gala to humiliate Lila again.
Collins
Butler of Voss Estate
Collins manages the daily operations of the Voss Estate with quiet efficiency. He enforces Ethan's strict rules, briefs Lila on her duties, and carries out background checks and loyalty tests at Ethan's command. Collins also protects the household by firing disrespectful corporate staff and screening unwanted visitors.
Story so far
Power dynamics begin on unequal footing. Lila Hale arrives at the Voss Estate in soaked clothes, driven out of her late grandfather's house and studio by her cruel stepmother. Ethan Voss sits in his wheelchair, suspicious of every outsider and convinced corporate rivals sent her to spy. Their initial interactions resemble an interrogation rather than a standard job interview. Ethan demands ruthless tests of loyalty. Lila demands nothing more than an honest paycheck and her own survival.
The tension between them pivots on leverage. Ethan controls the estate and the security team, yet he finds himself disarmed by Lila's quiet integrity. When an envelope marked confidential drops outside her bedroom door, she hands it back unopened. That single choice changes the playing field. Ethan stops treating her like a corporate spy. He begins wielding his influence to shield her from entitled heiresses and abusive business associates.
Their alliance deepens when artistry enters the corporate boardroom. Lila is an heir to her grandfather's traditional filigree-inlay craft. Ethan quickly recognizes that value. Instead of offering hollow pity, he prepares a financial restructuring of Hale Studio. Every protective gesture Ethan makes carries calculated intent. He guards secrets tied to his car crash three years ago, along with the fact that he can secretly walk.
Viewers who watch Every Night With You online see a transaction transform into emotional vulnerability. Lila weighs Ethan's support against the unspoken cost, wondering what personal debt she will owe him. Anyone tracking Every Night With You full episodes will appreciate this sharp battle of wills. Both leads calculate every touch, every defense, and every contract term while rival families hover at the gates.

Memorable lines
“Minor, this isn't where you should be. Leave now!”
“She comes again, tell security directly. Don't waste your breath.”
“She's mine. Voss Group doesn't poach people, and we don't let our people get poached.”
“Charity is about giving, not about who's standing where. Miss Bennett, judging people by their birth doesn't make you superior. It just makes you shallow.”
