Elo pulls Eileen by her hair from the rink to the riding track. Chloe pretends to intercede, but Elo rejects her plea and chains Eileen's wrist to the ring. He forces his horse to run, dragging Eileen through coarse sand until she bleeds. Chloe surreptitiously spooks the mount, which stomps down and breaks Eileen's calf. Owen approaches to orchestrate an academy-wide humiliation.

Episode 3 scene by scene

  1. 00:00: Dragging to the Arena

    Elo grabs Eileen by the hair and pulls her out of the ice rink. He tells her she deserves to be trampled by wild horses. He violently hauls her across the grounds to the dirt riding arena.

  2. 00:15: Chained to the Ring

    Chloe acts sympathetic and reminds Elo that Eileen saved his father. Elo dismisses Chloe and brings out a white horse. He wraps a chain around Eileen's wrist and fastens it tightly to the arena's training ring.

  3. 00:44: Dragged Across the Gravel

    Elo climbs onto the white horse and whips it into a sprint. The galloping horse pulls Eileen over the rough sand and gravel. The harsh ground scrapes her skin raw, leaving her bleeding across her limbs and body.

  4. 01:03: Flashback of Past Promises

    Eileen remembers her childhood on the manor grounds. She sat on the same white horse while a young Elo led the reins gently. He promised her that he would always take her wherever she wanted to go.

  5. 01:29: Chloe Spooks the Mount

    Chloe climbs on behind Elo on the horse. She secretly pinches the animal's flank, startling it into a sudden rear. The horse brings its heavy hooves down on Eileen's calf, audibly fracturing her leg bone.

  6. 01:58: Owen Steps In

    Elo steps down on Eileen's hand to demand an apology. Eileen refuses to back down. Owen walks up in his school suit and glasses. He coldly promises to expose her to the entire academy student body.
