A flashback recalls Nora's past after her parents died in a car crash. Bianca and a group of girls corner Nora in a school bathroom, mock her stutter, and force her head into a sink. Lucian rescues Nora from her aunt's house, transfers her to a new school, and teaches her to speak again. In the present, Nora cries over cruel online comments until Summer calls, prompting Nora to vow revenge.
Following the car crash that killed Nora's parents, Bianca leads a group of schoolgirls into a restroom. They corner Nora, mock her as a stutterer, and shove her head down into a sink filled with water.
Lucian arrives at Nora's aunt's house and takes the girl away. He transfers her to another school, sits with her in a quiet bedroom, and patiently coaches her to pronounce words one by one until her voice returns.
In her bedroom, Nora stares at her phone screen. A photo shows Lucian and Bianca together, surrounded by cruel comments from their social circle. Nora breaks into tears as her friend Summer calls her to stop reading.
Nora wipes her tears and walks over to the vanity mirror. Her expression turns cold and detached as she answers Summer's call. She announces that she will no longer obey anyone and plans to strike back at Lucian.
“Nora! Nora! Stop reading those comments.”
“Then I'll show them exactly how this pet bites through her leash and tears her master apart.”
Nora stands before her mirror and delivers her cold promise to Summer over the phone. She refuses to remain a submissive ward while Lucian publicly dates her former tormentor. Will Nora follow through on her pledge to strike back at Lucian, and what will her first move be?
