A flying beast approaches the Wolf Clan's border fortress. Wolf Kings Elad and Essola attempt to defend their land, but Varkos severely injures them both. From a high cliff, three seraphs instruct Helena to step into the fight for practice. Helena halts Varkos's strike, blasts him into rock, and cuts through him and his dragon with one finger before departing into the sky.
A monstrous dragon flies toward the border fortress belonging to the Wolf Clan. Wolf Kings Elad and Essola take their defensive stances on the ground, ready to protect their territory from the sudden aerial assault.
Varkos insults the Wolf Clan and calls them weak. Elad and Essola transform into their wolf forms and charge him together. Varkos jumps down from his beast and overpowers both Wolf Kings, leaving them bleeding in the dirt.
Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel stand atop a cliff overlooking the battlefield. Raphael looks down at the battle and tells Helena to handle the knight as her routine test. Helena accepts the command and leaps off the cliff ledge.
Varkos raises his giant sword to execute Elad and Essola. Helena drops in and catches the falling weapon between two of her fingers. She then delivers a casual palm strike, sending Varkos crashing into a distant mountain wall.
An enraged Varkos climbs back onto his dragon and charges straight at Helena with everything he has. Helena lifts one glowing finger toward the sky. Her blast cuts straight through the knight, the dragon, and the rock wall behind them.
The three archangels joke with each other on the cliff. Below, the wounded Wolf Kings beg Helena to tell them who she is. Helena calls Varkos a feeble opponent, waves off their gratitude, and jumps into the clouds.
“This is the Wolf Clan's last line of defense? No wonder your kind is dying out.”
“Go deal with the knight. We'll count it as today's test.”
“My masters told me to kill you. So, I'm afraid you have to die now.”
“Oh, that's really not necessary. He was such a feeble opponent. It hardly counts as saving anyone. I should get going.”
Helena refuses to give her name to the injured Wolf Kings, calling the fight barely worth counting as a rescue. She leaps back up into the sky toward her seraph teachers. Where will Helena go now that her morning test is complete, and how will the Wolf Clan respond to this unknown warrior?
