As Dr. Bell prepares the lethal injection, Mia steps forward, blocks the doctor's hand, and asks everyone to take off the lion's collar.

00:56: Mia Stops the Lethal Injection
Dr. Bell gets the lethal syringe ready to euthanize the lion. Mia realizes Bianco is not truly paralyzed. Refusing to let him die, she steps between Dr. Bell and the animal, physically stopping him and asking to remove the collar.
