Dr. Adrian Miller enters the flooded basement and finds Seraphina lying on the floor in labor. After examining her, he realizes she is fully dilated, but she suddenly starts bleeding heavily. Finding zero cellular service, Dr. Miller carries her up the stairs as she pleads for her child's life. He rushes inside the first floor operating room, only to discover all medical supplies and surgical tables are missing.

Dr. Adrian Miller enters the flooded basement and discovers Seraphina in labor on the floor. He touches her abdomen and realizes she is fully dilated. Her condition worsens quickly when she begins heavily hemorrhaging right in front of him.
00:28: Carrying Seraphina Up the Stairs
Dr. Miller shouts for help and inspects his mobile phone, but the basement has no signal. He lifts Seraphina and hurries up the stairway while she weeps and asks him to protect her unborn child.
00:54: The Stripped Operating Room
Dr. Miller brings Seraphina inside the first floor surgical room to start the delivery. He discovers the entire space has been cleared out. There are no overhead lights, operating tables, or basic tools anywhere in the room.
