Bodyguards beat Ryan in the hallway, and Bella insults him before walking away. Mr. Winchester confronts Ryan outside room 1205 and orders him inside to see his dying grandmother. Ryan holds his grandmother's hand until she flatlines. Dr. Ella explains that the grandmother mistook her for Bella and placed a sapphire heirloom ring on her finger. Ryan then tells his father he was wrong to leave and agrees to return to the family.
