Outside the hospital, Alejandro dismisses Valeria's pain, accusing her of playing the victim. Valeria takes a taxi home after asking him to talk later. That evening, she prepares dinner and sits by herself at the table. Her text gets no reply. She whispers tearfully to her baby and drifts off to sleep. Morning comes without Alejandro. Hearing a sound, she rushes to the door, only to find Camila standing on her porch.
