Who is who in My Alpha Betrayed Me After I Got Pregnant, and how they are connected.
Aria
Female Protagonist
Aria survived years of abuse in the Hayes pack before Damon turned on her. She fights fiercely to defend her unborn child, only to lose both her baby and her wolf spirit Selene to Damon's forced poisoning. Though battered and dragged across the gala floor, she maintains her resolve until her biological father steps in.
Damon
Alpha of the Hayes Pack
Damon is driven purely by status and ambition. He discards Aria the second Vivienne provides a pathway to become Alpha of the Sutton Pack. He uses physical violence, wolf claws, and lethal wolfsbane against Aria without hesitation. His arrogance blinds him to Aria's actual lineage until Roman confronts him on the balcony.
Vivienne Sutton
Heiress of the Sutton Pack
Vivienne secures Damon by branding him with her mate mark. She fabricates online posts to turn Damon against Aria and demands video proof of the pup's death. At the gala, she relishes publicly humiliating Aria under her shoe, completely unaware of the political disaster awaiting her.
Roman Calloway
Elite Alpha
Roman is the powerful leader who spent twenty years looking for his lost daughter. He commands absolute obedience from every wolf in the room, forcing even Damon to his knees. His arrival on the balcony stops Damon from dropping Aria to her death and shatters the schemes of the Sutton pack.
Story so far
Damon wants power, and he does not care who pays the price for it. In My Alpha Betrayed Me After I Got Pregnant, status within the werewolf hierarchy matters more than loyalty. Damon abandons his pregnant lover, Aria, the moment heiress Vivienne Sutton offers him an entry into the elite Sutton Pack. His calculation is cold and simple. An orphaned mate drags him down, while Vivienne elevates his rank.
Aria believes Damon still carries some shred of the boy who once defended her in the Hayes pack. That illusion shatters quickly in the bathroom mirror. When Aria refuses to drink green wolfsbane, Damon resorts to bare physical violence. He uses his wolf claws to wound her throat and forces the poison down. For Damon, an unborn pup is not a child. It is an obstacle to his political ambitions.
Vivienne operates with equal cruelty. She manipulates Damon with fake social media posts to ensure he hates Aria. She demands proof that the baby is dead and gleefully puts the suffering on camera. At the Crescent Moon Gala, the power balance appears entirely in their favor. They drag a battered Aria across the hall, stomp on her, and push her toward the balcony edge.
The cruelty backfires because Damon and Vivienne misread the board. Aria is not an abandoned orphan. She is the lost daughter of Elite Alpha Roman Calloway, who spent two decades searching for her.
