Emily finds Jessica's daughter in Lily's bedroom tearing up a family photo. Emily throws the girl's bags out. When Daniel and Jessica rush upstairs, the girl fakes being attacked. Daniel shoves Emily into a wall. Jessica grabs Emily's hands, causing both women to tumble down the stairs. Emily bleeds heavily from her stomach. Ignoring Lily's pleas, Daniel carries Jessica to the car and abandons his pregnant wife on the floor.

Emily prepares to leave with Lily and investigates shouting upstairs. She finds Jessica's daughter unpacking in Lily's room. The girl rips a family photo and claims Daniel invited her. Emily tosses the girl's luggage outside the room and pushes her out.

Daniel and Jessica run upstairs as the child fakes an assault. Daniel shoves pregnant Emily into the hallway wall. Jessica steps forward, pretending to make peace, and grabs Emily's hands. During their struggle, both women tumble down the staircase together.

Emily lands violently and bleeds from her abdomen. Lily screams that Jessica only scratched her hand while Emily's unborn baby is in danger. Daniel ignores Emily's bleeding, claiming she is strong. Emily weakly begs him to save their unborn child.

Daniel carries Jessica outside to the car. Thomas asks about driving Emily, but Daniel orders him to call an ambulance instead. While Lily beats on the car window, Jessica smirks. Emily bleeds on the floor and decides her marriage is over.
