Astrid lies in bed with Connor when Marco rings her phone to take back the hall pass deal. Connor picks up the phone and informs Marco that Astrid is currently in his bed. Marco screams in fury from his car. Connor closes the blinds and stays with Astrid all night. When dawn breaks, Connor refuses to let Astrid leave, begging her not to marry Marco.
Astrid and Connor lie together in his hotel bedroom. Astrid's phone starts ringing. Marco calls her, demanding to know where she is. He admits over the line that he regrets making their pre-wedding hall pass deal.
Connor grabs Astrid's phone and speaks directly to Marco. He coldly announces that Astrid cannot return because she is in his bed right now. Marco sits in his car and screams Connor's name in pure rage.
Connor walks over to the window and shuts the blinds. He returns to the bed with Astrid. The two spend an intense and passionate night together, moving across the hotel bedroom until the early hours of the morning.
Daylight breaks on the day Astrid is scheduled to marry Marco. Connor knows what day it is, but he will not let Astrid leave his side. He holds her tight and repeatedly begs her not to marry Marco.
“She can't go back with you. Because she's in my bed right now.”
“What? Connor Moretti!”
“Astrid Gallagher, don't marry him. Promise me.”
Daylight breaks on the scheduled wedding day. Connor keeps Astrid wrapped in his embrace inside the hotel room and blocks her from leaving. He passionately pleads with Astrid to promise she will not marry Marco. Will Astrid go through with the ceremony, or will she choose to stay with Connor?
