Inside, Isabella finishes her ultrasound and spots her husband Daniel White. Daniel is hugging Vera Hale and playing with a boy named Luca. Remembering Daniel said he was too busy to join her, Isabella watches them and dials his number.

Will Daniel answer the call and face his pregnant wife, or will he lie to her face once again?
